"In Vauxhall / Clapham, I think people wear similar to me in general - aside from sometimes maybe more harnesses, net t-shirts / no t-shirts or drag in some Vauxhall clubs."

Choice of venue & outfits:

Mainly chose venues that I went to most frequently based on proximity - to myself or friends - and the music they play.

Although like to try out as many places as possible. Soho bars I go to more for evening drinks with friends or on dates but would usually go elsewhere to go to clubs.

When I was younger 19-25, I would go to clubs in Soho/Central more- G-A-Y and Heaven as well. I tend to prefer clubs that have trashy pop music that you can sing to for normal nights out.

I feel Clapham and Vauxhall have a slightly older vibe, so as I've got older, I have tended to go to those venues more. East London is quite awkward to get to and I'm not a big fan of the music, however like going for the drag shows.

Generally I wear the same thing all the time: jeans or shorts, t-shirt/shirt/vest with trainers. Aside from special events where I try and dress up (badly). I wear this as it's just what I'm comfortable in and I think I look pretty good. In Vauxhall / Clapham, I think people wear similar to me in general - aside from sometimes maybe more harnesses, net t-shirts / no t-shirts or drag in some Vauxhall clubs.
